It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to make a new wine. Maybe you want to turn an Orange into a cocktail. Or maybe you have a crazy idea to share with the world. Whatever it is, our drinks lab is where we dream up our crazy ideas and make them happen.

We open 7 days a week for coffee & eats. Our bar opens from THURSDAY - SUNDAY. When we are not pouring a delicious coffee, beer or wine we can be seen designing, blending & packaging our next batch of product. Our lab is the perfect spot for an afternoon drink in the courtyard, coffee & a roll in the morning or your next function.

* Dogs are allowed. We have a pole outside if required, and we can organise a water bowl.
* We are a kid-friendly venue, but we ask your little ones to stay with you at all times. For the safety of your children, we ask there is no playing on the street or alleyway between buildings. No running or playing inside.
