MAD HATTER is an operating brewery, wine brand, bar and cafe where your guests will be immersed in an environment of tanks full of maturing wine, & spritz. Housed in an old electrical wholesalers' warehouse with a large capacity, the lab is a genuinely unique and rare venue that can tailor experiences in the heart of Orange, NSW.

Located on LORDS PLACE, the LAB includes a full-service bar and food truck, which reflects the relaxed sophistication of Central West NSW.
