THIS ROSE IS A REFLECTION OF THE PINK-HUED ROSE DREAM WORLD. PERFECTLY CRISP, DRY, LAID BACK AND DESTINED FOR A GOOD TIME. ENJOY CHILLED WITH THE ONES YOU LOVE THE MOST.
WINEMAKING: Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness.
TASTING NOTES: Turkish Delight, strawberry & a hint of tomato leaf. Bright & crisp, savoury and textured.

FRUIT SOURCE: Mayfield Vineyard (100% Cabernet). A fairly steep aspect with a north facing slope at the western end of the vineyard with the altitude at 900m.
ALC/VOL: 13.5%
