Our rosé is inspired by the drier versions of Provence in the south of France, this wine has minimal residual sugar and finishes dry. This is our first Volume and is a blend of Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were lovingly nurtured and picked early to achieve natural acidity ideal for summer drinking.
